What you'll be doing

Product Lifecycle Management

Identifies improvements to existing product processes; develops a strong understanding of processes and technology

Product Strategy, Vision and Roadmap

Completes adhoc assignments that assist in the development of product strategy and roadmap

Market, Competitive and Customer Analysis

Researches competitors and verticals; prepares atypical reports related to financial position, competitive position and market potential

Business Case Development

Collaborates on and may create the financial business models, conducts compelling business opportunity reviews with more senior team members

Product Performance

Defines metrics that will be used to inform product success and help drive user experience improvements

Cross Functional Collaboration

Designs product training curriculum; participates in crossfunctional trainings and meetings

New Partner Identification and Engagement

Identifies partners to enhance or extend the product Backlog Prioritization Supports with backlogs, working regularly with the team to refine and add detail where needed
Collaborates closely with technology teams

Test Case Definition and UAT Coordination

Refines definition of allowable configurations, test cases and executes

UAT Stakeholder Management

Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectively

What we'll expect from you

Advanced English preferre
Bachelor's degree preferred
