The opportunity:
INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER (HYBIRD)


Your skills and experience:

Knowledge and technical expertise in Internal Controls, Risk Management, Audit Standards and/or ERM.

Executing internal control and operational risk engagements.

Developing and executing risk plans.

Supporting complex local and global meetings.

Delivering requirements and frameworks as per methodology.

Supporting recruiting, L&D coordination, and reporting.

Providing inputs for rolling risk plans and creating deliverables.

Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and local regulatory bodies.

Leading local teams and undertaking career management responsibilities.

Supporting provision of insightful, value-added, and high-impact reporting.

Managing in-house and third-party resources for timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.

Overseeing quality delivery and maintaining risk management standards.

Providing high-quality assurance reporting to Group and Regional segments.

Delivering a risk-based plan and overseeing risk assessment, development, and deployment.

Understanding risk appetite and tolerance.

Supporting 2nd line review and challenge activities.

Reviewing and proposing first-line risk responses.

Conducting risk monitoring and assurance activities.

Track the implementation of agreed actions.

Develop own knowledge and business awareness by reviewing available resources and interacting with multiple stakeholders.


Inspire stakeholders to embrace with open approach as a means of transforming not only what they do, but how they do it.

Innovate thinking and develop new approaches to change how organization and team deliver audit reports.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field, such as Business Administration and Accounting.

Fluent English is mandatory.
