About the project
Boostr is a venture-backed enterprise software company building solutions for the media & advertising industry.

Frustrated by generic, horizontal CRM products, the founders decided to build the platform they wish they had as operators at Yahoo.

We started with a CRM platform that's disrupting how media sales teams are managed to result in time savings, increased forecast accuracy and revenue growth.

Then we introduced an Order Management (OMS) product disrupting the market with the first omnichannel solution. Now we're the only platform with a single CRM+OMS to manage the entire workflow.

For the technical:


You will be working on:

Configurable UI — allowing the customers to define their own UI

Self-describing APIs — these allow for the Configurable UI to understand what the UI is capable of

Scale of the infrastructure to the next level.

Let's talk about You:

• 5+ years of professional work experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Expert at delivering high quality code using unit and integrated tests
• Handson on experience with using telemetry tools like Datadog, Lighthouse and Rollbar for reliability and performance improvement
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Chrome APIs and experience integrating with cloud services.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive approach to investigating and resolving issues, demonstrating selfstarter discipline.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in developing custom workflows and plugins.
• Familiarity with developing solutions across multiple Office365 services (e.g., Outlook, Graph API).
• Experience integrating with Azure API Apps and AzureAD.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily planning and demo sessions with the team
• Brainstorm solutions for challenging tasks, contributing innovative ideas to enhance product development
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product, quality and processes with a strong focus on root cause analysis
