About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a role within ABO&T team.

ABO&T - Agile Business Operations and Transformation - is responsible for running Business Operations within Cloud Software and Services (CSS) in Latin America South (LATSO) while driving Business and Agile transformations.

ABOT Project Operations is a role that works closely with CSS presales and delivery teams to standardize project delivery, financial and administration best practices across Key Accounts and Technical Domains.

You will be challenged to use your leadership, communications, influencing and collaboration skills to drive change in areas out of ABO&T.

What you will do

Lead the transition and transformation of project operations within CSS LATSO
Map current project financial and administration ways of working in different organizations
Design/adjust processes for maximizing synergies and offshoring
Continuously control and improve processes based in defined KPI's
Secure PMO Governance is involved and in place for the CSS LATSO Contracts
Provide vision and direction to Project Operations roles while driving required competence development
Work closely with CSS Domain and Key Account teams to secure adherence and improvements
Fluent in English and Portuguese language (Spanish is desirable)
