Logistics Analyst:

Location: Jardim Guanabara Jundiai, BR, Country/Region: BR
About the position:

If you have experience in Supply chain and is seeking for a new opportunity in a excellent Company, this opportunity is for you

We are currently looking for an Logistics Expert with focus in customer service who has already worked in the Automotive Companies.

Responsibilities:

Customer service with focus in receiving programs.
Daily production follow-up, invoicing and preparation of shipment to the customer.
Follow up on new projects, prototype assembly planning.
Requesting transportation for shipping and picking up parts/components at suppliers or customers.
Follow-up of customer performance (Super G, Scorecard, etc.)
Shipments organization and elaboration of export documents (invoice, packing list, origin declaration, etc)
Backlogs updating, consignment balance and sending of packing forms.
Issuance of pedal production lists for production (Production Planning).
Analyze incoming and purchases of materials according to demand (hedging).
Checking parts sent to customers and issuing/receiving ASNs.
Issuance of customer service reports (Delivery Precision / Delivery Performance).

Requirements:

Bachelor ́s degree in Logistics or related areas.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain with focus on Customer service.
Advanced English Level.
Experience in Automotive Industries.
SAP USER (SD/MM/PP Modules).
