Job Description:


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead Sales Operations process, including Shortterm Forecasting, Distribution, Pricing and other sales backoffice activities for the South America region.
  • Perform market evaluation, define industry assumptions, and develop shortterm forecast by segment and carline. Also, assure volume availability by working alongside with GPSC team and production sources.
  • Develop competitive environment evaluation to define commercial strategy, price positioning, incentives, and other P&L variables, in order to assure volume and profitability optimization.
  • Sales channel analysis and distribution control to assure right vehicle at right place and at right timing.
  • IT Connection: Debate and present to IT team the required solutions and track their implementation.
  • Track and constantly evaluate results to support business definitions.
  • Connect to all involved players to assure project goals are achieved (Commercial, Legal, Finance, IT, GMF, Dealers, Pre-Owned and others), including aligning it to Project and Sales Leaders.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional meetings between areas and stakeholders.
  • You will be the guardian of the project roadmap, to assure a flawless and on time implementation.

For this position, it is mandatory to work in Brazil in a hybrid regime (3x on site)
