We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as both a Portfolio Lead and a Project Manager, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects and ensuring their successful delivery in alignment with organizational objectives.

This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:


Portfolio Management:
Oversee the entire portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, resource optimization, and risk management.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine portfolio strategies, including project selection criteria, prioritization methodologies, and resource allocation strategies.


Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.

Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns.


Resource Allocation and Management:
Allocate resources across projects to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with strategic priorities. Ensure that project teams have the necessary resources and support to effectively execute project tasks and deliverables.


Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Address issues and conflicts that arise during project execution, seeking resolution in a timely and effective manner.


Quality Assurance and Change Management:

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirements, ensuring proper evaluation, documentation, and communication to stakeholders.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects within the portfolio, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including status reports, risk registers, and change logs.


Continuous Improvement and Team Leadership:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the portfolio, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve project delivery outcomes. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management and project management roles, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
