Sales Administrator at Kiddy School

We are looking for a Sales Manager who loves talking to people and is able to demonstrate the value of our online classes, and build trust with Clients.

This person loves kids and does their best to convince parents that they should invest in their kids' future. He/she is attentive to details and knows how to work with CRM and is technically savvy.


The salary structure is:
$500/mo fixed fee + bonus


Job requirements:

• Marketing and/or Sales experience of 6 months or more.
• Availability Monday through Friday 9am 6pm Eastern Time.
• Fluent in English.
• Patience and good communication skills.

The main responsibilities are:

• B2C: Working with the incoming leads and existing database (CRM) as well as finding new leads via Facebook. Following up and closing the deals.
• Working with existing clients and doing crosssales of other courses to them.
• Working with teachers and their schedules in order to schedule trial classes.
• Be able to use Pipedrive CRM, Trello Board, Google Calendar, and other programs if needed.
