Role Summary:


Responsible for the execution of administrative support activities in its area of expertise, contributing to the internal processes and corporate interfaces in compliance with the deadlines, quality and standards defined by the department and the company.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:


  • Carry out the registration (filling in forms, text documents or spreadsheets), checking and updating data in the corporate operating systems (or specific to the area), ensuring the proper evolution of all administrative processes in progress (eg: purchase request of products or services, payments from suppliers, accountability of area employees, etc.).
  • Issuing invoices to release the supply of own and thirdparty fleets.
  • Control and record the entry and exit of Invoices, sorting, checking, distributing or filing, identifying irregularities, checking calculations, and submitting opinions for consideration by the area manager.
  • Control fuel consumption, ensuring continuous availability, in the required quantities.
  • Gather information and prepare reports, forms, presentations, spreadsheets and miscellaneous documents, upon request and guidance from the area manager.
  • Organize visits and work meetings, through the adequate preparation of transport, rooms, audiovisual resources, support material, food and other needs.
  • Perform request, control and monitoring of EPis, meals, vehicle fleet and other routine items of the area's operation.
  • Search and provide information on any administrative topic to all employees in the area or operational interfaces, whenever requested.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes, proposing solutions to make them simpler, agile, controllable and compliant.
  • Assist in the service of internal/external audits and submission of documentation to municipal/study/federal government entities.
  • Carry out verification of fuel inlet and outlet releases.
  • Support the planner in the survey of critical points in the process.
  • Carry out conferences of invoices and subsequent migo for payment.
  • Monitoring the payment of invoices with the supplier.
  • Contract balance monitoring.
  • Monitoring the creation of RC and PC when there is no contract.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A basic school certificate.
  • Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
