- Responsável pelo recrutamento e seleção das posições de Digital, média de 20 vagas por mês;
- Desenvolver a estratégia de recrutamento para cada posição e conduzí-la desde o alinhamento do perfil até à proposta;
- Responsável por ser dono de um projeto de recrutamento e apoiar nos demais programas da área - como PCD, iniciativas de diversidade e employer branding;
- Responsável por inserir todos os dados no ATS - GreenHouse;
- Responsável por mapear o mercado e apresentar soluções consultivas aos seus parceiros/clientes internos;
- Responsável por pensar em otimizações, melhorias e eficiência operacional para a área.
- Apoiar o time nos contratos e fornecedores para viabilizar as iniciativas.
- Obrigatório formação completa;
- Obrigatório experiência consolidada em recrutamento e seleção;
- Conhecimento em recrutamento e seleção para as áreas de Vendas, Marketing e Digital;
- Conhecimento no Linkedin Recruiter;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% no modelo presencial em São Paulo;
- Diferencial conhecimento em ATS (Greenhouse);
- Diferencial conhecimento no Linkedin Talent Insights;
- Diferencial inglês avançado;
