The Position


The adoption of digital solutions in healthcare is changing how we think about the supply chain and new partnerships need to be developed to help people access treatment in a way that is convenient to them.

In this role, you will also look for opportunities to optimize the traditional distribution channels, focused on the distribution strategy, commercial policy and gross-to-net across region LATAM, sharing best practices among the affiliates


Your responsabilities includes:

  • Lead multinational crossfunctional collaborations to identify, negotiate and implement patientcentric experiences related to distribution channels from the affiliates until the patients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand and address friction points across the full value chain that includes activation, diagnosis, dispensing, treatment initiation and adherence.
  • Deep dive into existing and emerging online healthcare ecosystems across region LATAM to understand how value is created and distributed across people's health journeys, in order to propose new business models that benefit the patients.
  • Drive implementation of solutions with countries and regions while securing viable business outcomes for all involved parties.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role you will also need to be commercially astute, exhibit great curiosity about emerging trends and have a strong growth mindset because of the rapid changes happening in the field.

You have a university degree in related field (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Innovation), MBA or master's degree preferred.

In addition, we like to see that you have:

  • 3-5 years of innovation experience in the field of healthcare including experience in digital commerce.
  • Business model development experience, understand the drivers of success of specific models and understand commercial dynamics of private pharmacy market.
  • Proven track record of unlocking opportunities across the value chain, including online and offline consumer healthcare journeys.
  • Experience in developing relationships and working with multiple stakeholders on high profile crossfunctional and multinational initiatives.

About the Department


This position is sitting in Supply Chain Department within LATAM Regional Office, the strategic office for LATAM and is reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain.
