1. Job Overview

  • The procurement manager is responsible for contracting categoryrelated services through sourcing, negotiation, validation of indicators and SLAs, and supplier management.
This role will span over the term listed below and will be critical in delivering a significant growth and transformation for Amcor Flexibles Latin America (AFLA)


2. Job Dimensions

  • Travel is estimated between 2030%, primarily to locations listed in Latin America.
  • Identify and implement synergies in the 05 countries, considering AFLA and other business groups (ASC & ARP).
  • Recommend the supplier based on
    technical and commercial point.
  • The review of internal processes should be recommended and followed up when necessary.
  • Meet identified cost savings which is a significant contribute to zone.

3. Principal Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data collection, data management, spend analytics (including the detailed scope), negotiation, contracting and supplier management for AFLA
  • A standard contracting model is part of the responsibility through the region, as well as rationalize # of suppliers by integrating services in IFM;
  • Reduce IT, Legal, Finance, Facilities, HR Benefits, Travel & functional Contract ́s cost by identifying new ideas;
  • Contracting model for services based on SLA and Support supplier relationships;
  • Support local teams from procurement perspective, i.e. commercial terms, service quality assurance/SLA, low cost x efficiency, etc;
  • Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis;
  • Set up and renew cost model for cost analysis / CLEAN SHEET (understand supply and demand market, benchmark, cost analysis, etc);
  • Implement collaborative optimization strategy
  • Take leadership and accountability

Relationship management

  • Work with the functional Teams to ensure capture of synergies for AFLA;
  • Work in partnership with the regional team to ensure that Global and AFLA strategies are aligned;
  • Build key relationships across the AFLA functional teams, as well as the ARP & ASC teams, to leverage regional scale.
