***We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Designer to join our growing Technology Team. This is a full-time, remote-first. At its core, this position is focused on supporting best-in-class UX Design through design system management, UX Research, and visual design work. The position is ideal for an established UX Designer who is looking to contribute to a quickly growing technology platform developed with Agile methodology. This role calls for someone who is a strong visual designer for both web and mobile with the flexibility and boldness to work in a demanding Agile environment. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to take ownership over design initiatives are mandatory.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently execute a full UX Design process, from research to production, for new products, features, and feature enhancements
• Create beautiful, polished, productionready web and mobile designs that adhere to company branding standards and UX best practices
• Manage, organize, and maintain the UX Design Library and associated materials
• Develop and execute UX Research Plans for new and prospective features and summarize and interpret research findings
• Prepare and conduct user interviews, user ideations, observed workflows, design critiques, and user prototype tests
• Continuously improve our visual design work and UX processes using the newest techniques and approaches such as the One Day Design Sprint
• Work in close collaboration with users, Product Management, Engineering, Branding, and other key stakeholders
• Actively collaborate with developers during product development and release within an Agile environment
• Take a design leadership role within the organization and lead design thinking amongst collaborating groups

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Fully fluent in (speak, write, read) in English
• 3+ years of experience in UX Design
• Design leadership and design thought leadership skills including selfstarting a project and actively collaborating with stakeholders and users
• Proficiency with UI mockup and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD
• Excellent critical thinking skills including the ability to perform research and synthesize research findings
• Prior experience with animation and motion design
