Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support training programs that meet the identified needs of employees, including onboarding, leadership development, and other technical training programs for staff
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress with our learning management system
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and other feedback tools
- Use analytical tools to inform future learning and development strategies
- Stay current with LinkedIn Learning offerings and increase utilization throughout the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years delivering and evaluating training programs
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees including senior management
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), LinkedIn learning, Rippling, and other training technologies
- Experience using data analytical tools such as Microsoft Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to independently manage multiple projects
