Job description

Key responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and support training programs that meet the identified needs of employees, including onboarding, leadership development, and other technical training programs for staff
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress with our learning management system
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and other feedback tools
  • Use analytical tools to inform future learning and development strategies
  • Stay current with LinkedIn Learning offerings and increase utilization throughout the company

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years delivering and evaluating training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees including senior management
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), LinkedIn learning, Rippling, and other training technologies
  • Experience using data analytical tools such as Microsoft Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to independently manage multiple projects
This role will be based in Sao Paulo or Brasilia, Brazil. All resumes must be submitted in English.
