Cybersecurity Network/Server Analyst

What you are going to do:

Provide technical support service to the customer (B2B), a large multinational specialized in cybersecurity, through VOICE and E-MAIL;
Home Office;

We are looking for people who have these specific knowleges:

fluent english speaking and writing skills.
Windows Server Family.
Active Directory.
DNS. DHCP GPO. IIS.
Terminal Server.
Terminal Commands.
Computer network.
Notions of Information Security.
Basic Linux knowledge.

Education:

Graduated in Information Technology.
Desirable experience in the support area.
