Department Overview:
Field Support

**- Manutenção Preventiva e Corretiva;

Otimização de Site (RF Report);
Instalação e Substituição de Partes e Peças,
Troubleshooting e Otimização de Repetidora
RF Report;
Site Survey: Sistemas de RF e Infraestrutura;
Instalação e Configuração de Equipamentos de Transmissão
Rádio Enlace;
Instalação e Configuração de Equipamentos de rede;
Instalação e Configuração de Rádios Móvel e Portátil;
Elaboração de Relatórios Técnicos e Ordens de Serviço;
Controle de partes e peças sobressalentes;
Acompanhamento e tratamentos de chamados;
Suporte de Campo e Análise de falhas;

Basic Requirements:

Técnico em Telecomunicações, Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica e áreas correlacionadas(CFT mandatório);
Experiência em suporte e implantação de sistemas de RF;
Experiência em sistemas DMR, APCO25 e DIMETRA;
Experiência em instalação e configuração de rádios móvel e portátil;
Experiência em instalação e configuração de rádio enlace;
NR10 (mandatório);
Experiência em trabalho em torres (NR3 mandatório);
Conhecimentos em Sistema DMR Tier 3 e Aplicações será considerado um diferencial;
Certificação ITIL (desejável);
Inglês intermediário: conversação e escrita(desejável);
Skills: Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa e senso de urgência; dinamismo, planejamento e organização;
CNH válida (categoria B);
Conhecimento em infraestrutura de Telecomunicações, RF, torres, cabeamento estruturado;
Proficiência em

Pacote Office:
(Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e

Google Tools:
(Docs, Sheets, Presentation)

Conhecimentos em redes (desejável CCNA ou COMPTIA);
Configuração de Sistemas Operacionais (Unix, Linux e Windows Server) e Instalação e Manutenção de Servidores(desejável);
Disponibilidade para viagens 50% (base Estado de Santa Catarina
Florianópolis)
