The position will be based in São Paulo and will have a direct reporting line to the Finance Sr. Manager in the SAP Project. The professional will be responsible for managing the whole treasury, credit, and barter functions at the SAP Project.

Managing a high skilled team of 4 specialists/analysts, the professional will be inserted in a strong-pace environment of growth and will have heavy exposure with Executive Directors across the organization.

The SAP Project is the most important structural initiative of the company.

Responsabilidades e atribuições To deliver and align** in collaboration with functional areas (treasury, credit, and trade):

Lead the project team, definition of the roles and responsibilities
Design and establishment of key processes
Definition of the operational model, governance, and data
Development of training material, including people mapping
Decisions on the project management (go/nogo, prioritization), processes mapping and data modeling, system solutions at the departments' forum
Description and signoff of cutover plans and business readiness prior golive
Set up of communication plan, internal and external
Design escalation process
Resolution of business impacts

Requisitos e qualificações

Previous experience in SAP implementation
Previous experience in companies with multiple ERPs
Keen understanding of Brazilian SAP configurations for FI, CO, S&D, FSCM modules
Understanding of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments (customer / supplier financing tools, financial markets, and debt instruments) and how these elements connect to the SAP
Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team with appropriate handling of sensitive information
Excellent time management and organizational ability with high level of attention to detail
Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties
Handson professional with advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other financial packages
Proficiency in SAP. Previous experience in SAP implementation will be a differential
Proficiency in English spoken and written
