What will you work on:


  • Plans, organizes and manages the actions of KAN, OT and Wholesalers customers under his responsibility, developing strategies and actions to achieve and / or exceed the objectives established by the Company (eg gross sales, contribution margin, NOPBT, numerical distribution, market share), respecting commercial policy and maintaining the sustainable growth of its Business Division;
  • Create and implement strategic plans to be executed in the short, medium and long term;
  • Lead JBP agendas in KAR;
  • Ensure the development of the human resources under its responsibility;
  • Be guardian and act based on Values, Principles and Code of Conduct and foster an environment of integrity in your team;
  • Coordinates with sales managers and suppliers to execute defined strategies;
  • Supports business development plans defined with the division;
  • Works with Forecast Managers and Vending Team to promote financial integrity and transparency throughout the impulse business;
  • Contribution to crosschannel and category teams' vision and agenda;
  • Provides analytical support and actively manages all clients;
  • Partner with new and existing customers to support category and customer growth.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Key Skills: Complete college degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics or related areas;
  • Postgraduate and / or MBA in related areas;
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • CNH category B;
  • Desirable Intermediate English;
  • 03 to 05 years experience in multicategory Sales Leadership positions serving medium and large customers;
  • Preferably in consumer goods / food companies, acting as a direct and indirect team manager;
  • Differentiation between function levels: will be defined according to the function's knowhow, Spam of control, weight of the region and customers, billing.
