About the job:
The Red Hat Tech Sales team is seeking a highly skilled Ansible Specialist Solution Architect for Brazil.

We are looking for individuals who possess robust technical expertise, a fervor for open source, and a profound comprehension of the business processes and IT challenges encountered at the enterprise level.

In this pivotal role, you will directly engage with our customers, delving into their technical and business objectives to craft tailor-made solutions using Red Hat technologies that cater to their specific requirements.

Your responsibilities will be related to being a Technical leader, supporting Sales teams and conducting live demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept related to the Ansible Automation Platform offerings, thereby enhancing customer awareness of the platform's capabilities.

Furthermore, your role will involve collaborating with clients to conceptualize fresh and groundbreaking solutions to address their unique challenges.

What you will do:

Discover and analyze customers' business and technical problems, and design the appropriate Red Hat solution that aligns to their needs
Provide technical leadership to Red Hat account teams and customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and proofs of concept
Utilize your technical expertise to assist sales teams in answering customer questions
Form strategic business and technical relationships within each customer organization to identify new opportunities
Own and attain a bookings quota by utilizing your expertise to contribute to the success of our Account Teams in closing sales opportunities
Share your expertise by contributing to documentation (e.g., wikis, quickstart guides, blog posts, and whitepapers), developing reusable assets (e.g., demonstrations, workshops), and presenting at conferences and industry events
Collaborate broadly with Red Hat Engineering and Business Units, Professional Services, Sales teams, and partners to ensure excellent customer experience with our offerings and solutions
Participate in trainings for our offerings and complete ongoing continuing education requirements to grow and enhance your skills

What you will bring:

Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent in supporting large organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and problem solving skills
Positive team player attitude and strong desire to make our customers successful
Ability to understand customers' challenges, requirements, and technical issues and collaborate to address those with the appropriate technologies and solutions
Experience with and intimate knowledge of DevOps/Automation tools such as Ansible, CI Tools, Git, Python (or other similar/relevant experience)
Significant technical experience in at least one major IT domain, such as:
Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions
Linux-based workloads
Continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipeline
Network technologies like Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint
Kubernetes and container-based deployments
Public cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud
Windows-based environment management
InfoSec / Security Operations
Fluent language skills in portugues and english.
Willingness to travel within the geography

One or more of the following is a plus:

Experience in scripting and/or coding (especially Python)
Education from a presales training program
Any Red Hat certification
Background in public speaking, such as experience giving presentations or demonstrations (this also includes performance arts)
