We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist in Mexico City speaking
Portuguese (fluent), English (B2/C1), and Spanish (B2/C1) to join the YouScan Customer Success team.

This is an entry-level position.

Excellence in customer service is a hallmark of our company.

Together with your team—Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Support Managers—you will be responsible for helping every user achieve their goals with the YouScan platform in a timely and accurate manner.


Responsibilities include:


  • Delivering customer feedback to the product team.
  • Participate in the prioritization of YouScan development tasks, taking into account customer feedback.
  • Assist customers in setting up their accounts.
  • Assist the Account Executive in preparing for demo calls, webinars, filling out details in CRM;
  • Conduct qualification calls with inbound leads.
  • Assist with social selling & postdemo activities.

Our Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in a support or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • You are focused on results and are used to seeing things through from start to finish, regardless of the difficulties and obstacles along the way.
  • You are constantly evolving, bringing new ideas to the table, and showing initiative.
  • Show empathy.
  • Able to work independently.
