We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a _Personal Assistant and Bookkeeper_.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the 4 executives and handling various administrative tasks.

SPOKEN English is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
1.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in creating and maintaining organizational files and databases.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Performing customer service activies for the short term rental and other real estate management portfolio.
2.
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, financial statements, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
3.
Confidentiality and Communication:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and personal information.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal forms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and tools (e.g. Excel).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- A proactive and selfmotivated approach to work.
- Extensive background checks and reference verification will be conducted.
MUST have availabilty for phone calls (via Skype / Zoom / WhatsApp) during work hours. A plus to be available for text outside of scheudled work hours.
This is a fully remote position and location is not important. But avaiabilty for calls and video calls is required.
