Position Description

We are looking for a person to embark with us on a journey of change


As a Credit Specialyst, you will work in a team of high professional skills, having the opportunity to develop analysis and portfolio management best practices.

Also, you will help the team to achieve targets of Strategic Objectives, always aligned with our policies and guidelines, also achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives set for Credit area.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support business growth ensuring the properly underwriting process on the increasing complex proposals volumes, that is growing due to large business customers, key OEM customers profile, high volumes selling to one single customer/group, customer with several different companies in different segment;
  • Ensure adequate and on time credit evaluation to support Commercial;
  • Monitoring medium/large customers financials and performance as request;
  • Visit customer to obtain better understanding on their business;
  • Improve daily process and bring new methods to improve credit evaluation;
  • Ensure compliance with central bank requirements;
  • Provide support with the necessary information for the formalization area issues the appropriate contracts;
  • Attend internal and external audits on underwriting process;
  • This position will take deals with high complexity or even high exposures.
  • Develop/implement Key Account management model

Main Competencies and Skills requirements:


  • Demonstrated experience issuing credit decisions and financial statements analysis as: ratio analysis, common sizing, review of industry norms, trending, cash flow analysis, credit bureau reports, and commercial business reports;
  • Established credit underwriting and analytical skills, including familiarity with financial statements, ratio analysis, common sizing, review of industry norms trending, cash flow analysis, credit bureau reports, commercial business reports. Customer portfolio management.
  • Advanced English (speaking, reading and writing skills)
  • Excellent computer skills and MS Office 365 experience;
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and effective decisionmaking skills;
  • Must have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks, in a fast paced, demanding environment;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, to develop and maintain good relationships with business areas, dealers, and customers, always in line with our values;
  • Human relations competency including the ability to proactively develop a change culture and improvements.
  • Visit customers to better evaluate their financial healthy and sustainability;
  • Travel will be necessary.
