RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct NTD (Non-Destructive Testing) on site and with subcontractors in line with different NDT standards. Independently responsible for planning, setup and execution of tests.
To perform NDT as per ITP and as per request received from QC Inspectors.
To evaluate and interpret the NDT results with respect to applicable Codes, standards, specifications and approved company procedures.
To prepare NDT reports and certify the results.
To maintain the NDT equipment and instruments in good condition.
To perform periodic verification of the calibration as per Code requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- High School/Technical School with 5 years works experience in Gas and Oil Industry.
NDT Level 2 certificate (PCN, ACCP or sim)
Experience in the field of fabrication, construction in QA/QC & Inspection of pressure piping and structural steel works.
Should have experience in preparation of NDT report, to perform calibration of NDT instruments.

Practical working experience in penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic testing method Review and interpretation of Radiography films.

Sufficient knowledge of construction drawings, welding, NTD, (high quality) materials and various NTD standards.
Talking to others to convey information effectively and awareness of ISO Quality System requirements
Good command of the English language in word and writing and good knowledge of MS Office.
