Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and commenting on the EPC Contractor's/ Contractor commissioning plans and ensure that interfaces are covered/ aligned
Reviewing and commenting on the EPC Contractor's/ Contractor startup organization, including commissioning team qualifications, scoping changes, planning, and scheduling and staffing
Reviewing and commenting on the EPC Contractor's/ Contractor startup administrative and test procedures and overall performance testing
Providing oversight on the EPC Contractors checkout and testing activities
Providing Owner's representation on monitoring performance tests
Providing support to Owner on evaluate and concurrence/advise on test results
Monitoring EPC contractor's coordination on commissioning related activities with engineering, construction, operations, various vendors and consultants, startup personnel, and engineering on behalf of the Owner and ensuring the Owner's interests are being met
