Equação IT is a company focused on boosting technology and solid solutions through our expert consultants leading a high perspective and adding value to our customers with the purpose of providing optimization and business growth to our partners.

We are looking for a PEGA developers with the following requirements:

yearly, provable experience as a Senior PEGA System Architect in Case Management area;

English should be at least B2.

Skills:

Design and configuration of business processes in PEGA 8 technology
Active collaboration with Lead System Architects
Coaching and supporting other Scrum team members
Testing and debugging systems
Analysis of business requirements and translation into implementable system solutions,
Documenting works
Professional experience in the development and operation of complex IT solutions preferably based on PEGA
Dedicated knowhow in as SCRUM, Design Thinking, and agile development
Duration: Contract for 12 Months (Minimum)
Localization: Lisbon or Braga hybrid.
