Team Overview:

Nosso time de Solutions & Partnership Management (S&PM) faz parte do Driver Lab, a área de inovação da 99, focada em nossos motoristas parceiros.

O objetivo do nosso time é criar parcerias e a partir delas, desenvolver e implementar novos produtos, soluções e benefícios para nossos motoristas.

Nesta posição a atuação será focada principalmente no desenvolvimento de análises para novas parcerias e atividades operacionais das parcerias vigentes.

O perfil ideal para esta posição deve ter um pensamento crítico acurado, ser bastante orientado por dados, proativo e ter experiência com relacionamento com times internos de outras áreas e parceiros externos.

Junto com a 99, nosso time também tem o objetivo de aumentar a representatividade de pessoas negras e LGBTQIAPN+ na tecnologia, por isso, esta é uma vaga afirmativa voltada prioritariamente para esses grupos.

Role Responsibilities:

Atualização de controles (operacionais, financeiros, comerciais e entre outros)
Atualização de OKRs
Elaboração de relatórios e apresentações executivas
Compreender a jornada do motorista sob uma perspectiva comportamental, visando aprimorar os processos das iniciativasInterface com usuários, parceiros e times internos de suporte

Role Qualifications:

Cursando: Engenharia, Economia, Administração ou similares. _[flexível]_
