We need someone who will work in a Growth Hacking team format now but will eventually become a strong marketing team leader


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the implementation of digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting customers and partners;
  • Work with thirdparty agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aimed at timely achieving desired goals;
  • Develop plans and implement marketing strategies;
  • Propose initiatives to optimize results to achieve campaign goals;
  • Propose ideas for implementing and improving task metrics;
  • Track and analyze results and the impact on the customer's marketing funnel;
  • Create reports and mechanisms for monitoring the digital efficiency of various initiatives, documenting and sharing key lessons learned, results, and best practices;
  • Build your team in the future.

What you should possess:

  • Middlelevel marketing specialist;
  • Proven track record of driving rapid and sustainable growth for the business;
  • Experience setting up advertising campaigns and specific successful cases;
  • High performance in the B2C segment;
  • Experience working with digital marketing strategies and lead generation;
  • Experience working with campaign data analysis and reporting;
  • Building CJM (JTBD), sales funnel, experience working with Google Analytics, Big Query, raw data;
  • Experience in developing and conducting paid advertising campaigns;
  • Knowledge of metrics such as CPL, CAC, MRR, LTV;
  • Knowledge of PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Display, Remarketing, and LinkedIn Ads, lookalike;
  • Google Ads certificates.

What will be an advantage:

  • You have worked in marketplaces;
  • You know the rules of shopping behavior in Brazil;
  • Upper intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades:


  • Liderar a implementação de campanhas de marketing digital destinadas a atrair clientes e parceiros;
  • Trabalhar com agências terceirizadas e equipes internas para garantir que as campanhas sejam direcionadas para alcançar os objetivos desejados dentro do prazo;
  • Desenvolver planos e implementar estratégias de marketing;
  • Propor iniciativas para otimizar resultados para atingir os objetivos da campanha;
  • Propor ideias para implementar e melhorar as métricas de tarefas;
  • Acompanhar e analisar resultados e o impacto no funil de marketing do cliente;
  • Criar relatórios e mecanismos para monitorar a eficiência digital de várias iniciativas, documentando e compartilhando lições aprendidas, resultados e melhores práticas;
  • Construir sua equipe no futur
