What We Do:

Whether it's driving a vision from start to finish or collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver projects of Epic quality, Epic's production teams take pride in consistently delivering world-class products and experiences.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will:

Own the Schedule
Partner with art discipline leads, to help scope and schedule the desired work for the team. Build and maintain dependencydriven asset schedules to ensure successful, ontime, release of content, to the Epic Art Quality bar

Center of Communication

Facilitate constant communication with the art production team, as well as crossdepartment production teams, providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities. Ensure stakeholders have proper visibility into development and are informed of any changes that may impact their teams

Proactively Seek Resolution

Strong ability to identify problems, and propose solutions, for your team BEFORE they become roadblocks. Keeping a finger on the pulse of dependency deliverables, tech initiatives, and the project's highlevel needs. Own the outcome of your area, and never wait to see if someone else will clear your path

Facilitate Development Operations

Schedule team meetings, run dailies art reviews, as well as ingame content reviews while Providing actionable notes and followup to attendees
Mentor and facilitate the growth of art production PAs
JIRA task/bug entry, triage, and tracking for art teams

What we're looking for:

Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed art teams in the creation and delivery of highquality art
Deep understanding of dependencydriven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, and project management practices and tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problemsolving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success
Selfstarter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to the final resolution
Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company
Ability to drive high velocity, highimpact development cycles, balancing out shortterm needs and longterm vision
Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment
Fluency in English is required
