Responsibilities:

Function as a transversal domain junior analyst across all businesses with regard to KYs matters and in this regard also work closely with Operations (Due Diligence and Client Onboarding) as well as Anti-Bribery and Corruption;
Assist the Head of AML/CFT, KYs and ABC as well as the Head of Financial Security in the maintenance of the Brazil Financial Security function/program to enable an effective compliance program for execution by 1st line business, as well as to execute and sustain a robust 2nd line of defense compliance process with respect to the Financial Security scope, including but not limited to: risk assessments, implementing and keeping policies/procedures and training materials uptodate, in line with Group and local regulatory requirements, and ensuring that KYC and client referential global policies and global requirements are properly implemented, assessing gaps and executing processes;
Assist in the monitoring of PEP related alerts and ensure that appropriate audit trail on the alert review and decision process is in place;
Support the FS team, when needed, in performing KYC and client referential related tasks, such as escalations, KYC recertification as well as advising the business and/operations when there are questions; performing risk assessments, reviews, reports, etc;
Qualificações

Requirements:

Previous experience in Compliance and internal controls and risk management
Knowledge of regulations related to the prevention of money laundering and combating terrorist financing
Knowledge of investment products, Variable Income, Fixed Income and Derivatives
Advanced English
