ATIVIDADES:

Acompanhamento das rotinas administrativas, gestão de terceiros e controle financeiro
Foco nas operações de fretado
Responsável por analisar e controlar documentos e rotinas administrativas cumprindo procedimentos e processos acordados contratualmente e de acordo com a política interna do cliente para manter o fluxo de trabalho, organização e cumprimento de prazos das operações
Responsável por manter a lista de usuários de fretado atualizada junto às áreas internas e prestador de serviços, através inclusões e exclusões
Mapear e controlar as linhas de fretado ativas na unidade, visando sempre otimização na rota e manter a taxa de ocupação por linha sempre a maior possível
Elaborar indicadores de custos, pontualidade, controle de acessos e de acordo com a necessidade ou demanda do cliente
Gestão de usuários e processos
Controle operacionais e indicadores

Requisitos:

Superior cursando ou completo Administração ou Logística
Pacote Office intermediário
Necessário experiência com fretado.
