We are now looking for a Office Analyst to join our project team in Itajaí/SC, Brazil.
In this position, you will report to the Project Manager and Site Manager in Wärtsilä.Main responsibilities:
Administrative support for the local Branch Office requirements in close cooperation with Project Manager and Site Management Support for preparation, print-out and delivery of customer documentation Creation of process and templates in coordination with the project management and implementation of these in the daily project workflows as necessary Organization of office materials and equipment's Administrative support for local and foreign employees (e.g. registration, travel arrangements, accommodation, translations) Support for the on-site team for any administrative tasks as deemed necessary (e.g.
travel arrangements, cost expense claims etc.) Monitoring of personal data in regards to access to workplace (shipyard) for own, as well as sub-contracted employees.
Tracking expenses and predicting future costs for the Branch Office – in close cooperation and alignment with the Project Manager, Site Manager and Project Controller Ensuring that demands inherent to the process are carried out with quality, in accordance with the rules and within the established deadlines Requirements:Good understanding of complex processes Good MS Office skills Experience in SAP is a plus Advanced/Fluent in English (written and spoken)
