SAP PP-DM

Requirements:

Solid experience working with Production plans, Long term planning, demand management, MRP (material requirements planning) Capacity Planning, Production Orders and KANBAN.
Good knowledge on the business processes associated with SAP PP for discrete manufacturing environment.
Configuration and working experience on MaketoStock (MTS) and MaketoOrder (MTO) strategies.
Configure and maintain PP master data in interface with VC
Super BOM, Super routing, and Work centers.
Should have good working knowledge on Variant configuration.
Configure and create Master Data including Routing, Bills of material, and Production resources/tools.
Should be able to guide the Technical team and address their queries related to the functional activities.
Configure the background jobs for MRP (Material Planning) run and special procurement keys
Graduation or Post-Graduation or equivalent.
SAP PP-DM Certification.

Responsibilities:
Understands Business Process; Regular cadence Business to understand business priorities; Work as Bridge between Business and Delivery team; Adherence to Global template; Understand Problem Statement and Business impact; Propose Process optimizations; Help business prioritize needs; Vendor involvement/Coordination; Single point of contact for PQ/UAT needs; Verify Third Party Solution, Build and Test; Change Control, and document management; Their role will focus on ensuring that business

requirements are met using our implementation of SAP S4Hana.
