Deveres e responsabilidades essenciais:

Processar faturas de fornecedores e garantir que elas atendam aos requisitos do pedido de compra (Aprovação, Prazo de pagamento e postagens).
Auxiliar no acompanhamento de pendências nos sistemas internos.
Atribuição de contas local e US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Ajudar na preparação de lançamentos contábeis
Ajudar na preparação da reconciliação mensal das contas do balanço.
Controle de ativos imobilizados (aquisição).
Monitoramento, movimentação e controle de custos em andamento.
Auxiliar na revisão e análise de demonstrações financeiras.
Análise, controle e relatório de contas.
E outras tarefas e/ou projetos atribuídos
