Pangle is the ad network of TikTok for Business, enabling global app developers to grow their apps and maximize earnings through exclusive ad demand from TikTok for Business.

Pangle offers a growing network of mobile apps in over 20 emerging markets, with proven success in Asia, Middle East, and America.

Global Emerging Business (GEB) includes innovative products including Lemon 8, Capcut, Fizzo and TikTok Light, offering advertisers expanded high-quality audience for connection.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing and operating Pangle and GEB products and business development in the LATAM marketplaces including Brazil, Mexico and central America.
  • Work closely with the HQ and regional PSO team to proactively support local sales team in developing Pangle & GEB business, enhance local and HQ teams collaborations, align priorities and allocate resources to support identified growth initiatives.
  • Function as regional POC to provide in-depth market insights from industry, external agencies/clients and internal cross-functional teams, partner with the HQ teams to develop or optimize product solutions facilitating the LATAM market needs.
  • Actively engage in Key Accounts (KA) development and revenue growth initiatives by providing Pangle and GEB product recommendations and customized solutions, analyzing performance data, resolving growth blockers and ultimately driving product adoptions and penetrations.
  • Localize Global Pangle and GEB product solutions and drive regional Go-To-Market (GTM) process through internal product training sessions, case studies, workshops, and external-facing marketing events.
  • Daily monitor business performance, interpret revenue trend and develop business strategy and tactics backed by data points.
  • Conduct regular research to gather customer feedback and needs to lead product development and iteration
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the social network industry, preferably with experience in mobile internet, e-commerce, and advertising;
  • Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish, and English, able to work in an all-English environment;
  • Data-sensitive, with clear logical thinking; strong learning attitude and ability to work under pressure;
  • Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a sense of ownership.
  • Capable of working independently with strong self-motivations.
  • Team player, think strategically and act tactically.
  • Mandarin capability is a plus in order to communicate with China counterparts.
