Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of local market agents and retail channels, doing a good job of channel layout and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Responsible for the operation and management of the local market, preventing falsification and price disruption, and achieving performance targets.
- Responsible for the company's product and brand localization campaign in the local market and organizing marketing activities.
- Conduct intelligence collection and analysis of competing products in the local market, be familiar with the operation mode of the local market and industry, and develop executable market development strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with all relevant departments to carry out local front-end market insights and provide a basis for back-end decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in Brazil market development, preferably with a sales background and resources related to solar panels, inverters, consumer electronics, automotive accessories, mobile energy storage/home energy storage, outdoor camping, etc.
- Strong market analysis, expansion skills, and good communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving skills, able to think independently and logically.
- Fluent in spoken English and Portuguese, and able to use Portuguese as a working language.
