As PMO Specialist you will:

Lead the implementation of the portfolio of strategic initiatives defined for the Service LATAM team.
Manage the project team, tracking the project execution to ensure highquality deliverables.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including the Service LATAM Leadership team, Global Service PMO community, etc., to align projects with the company strategy and obtain necessary resources and approvals.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and metrics, and report on project progress and performance to the Service LATAM Leadership team and other relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned and provide recommendation for future improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, management, engineering, or related field.
Practical knowledge in managing projects of various sizes and complexities, preferable in large corporations.
Excellent communication leadership, planning, budgeting, and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Competencies

Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, including team members, leadership team, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Ability to influence, engage and motivate the project teams, ensuring accountability for the results of the project.
Organized mindset to work with plans and timelines, tracking progress and performance.
Ability to identify, analyse and mitigate potential risks that could affect the project scope, quality, cost or schedule.
Language skills: English proficiency required. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
