Job Description Summary:
This role will coordinate the GE Healthcare Latin America financial planning, forecasting, closing and budgeting activities.

The role is responsible for delivering key analytics and reporting to regional stakeholders, integrating/developing processes that meet business needs across the organization, understanding complex issues within functional area of expertise and contributing to the overall business strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support GE Healthcare Latin America financial/business planning.
  • Create and execute periodic operational and financial dashboards.
  • Report financial estimates in global financial tools.
  • Participate in quarterly/yearly financial closing processes (e.g., income statement variance analysis, walks, etc.).
  • Provide financial data to functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop data analytics to identify business performance drivers.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities throughout the quarter, support risks mitigation and opportunities capitalization.
  • Consolidate actuals operating performance and report to key stakeholders.
  • Work with FP&A analysts and operations leaders to drive opportunities for improvement in variable and base cost buckets.
  • Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for valueadded financial analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Spanish desired.
