About the team:

The purpose of this internship is to provide young/early talent with the opportunity to learn various operational processes within SAP specifically on the delivery of Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).

ECS is a unit within the SAP Product and Engineering board area and support's the SAP strategy on Intelligent Enterprise and S/4HANA adoption by simplifying cloud consumption.

The early talent will support the Technical Services Managers with administrative and backoffice tasks.

Through the working student program, you will get the ideal preparation you need for a successful start and integration into a Cloud world connected workplace.

What you'll do:

Position Title:
SAP iXp Intern - Operations Support for ECS-Technical Services Management

Location:
São Paulo, Brazil

In this role, you'll:

The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

Collect data from various systems for customer master data creation
Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
Analyze and collect data for various types of business reports and tools
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
Support in creating the monthly customer service reports
Validate the correctness of the monthly billing cycle
Be responsible for the technical assignment of consultants to Sales or Internal Orders
Maintain business relevant data in central data systems
Ensure cross system data consistency
Support the team in daily Operations
