Role Summary:
Responsible for driving/ferrying materials, equipment, and staff of the organization to the areas where they are required

Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Provide transportation services.
Follow up the driver planning and work scheduling.
May be required to deliver payment transfers to the bank and/or the suppliers, conduct cash purchases for office expenditure.
May be required to distribute mail as needed, both incoming and outgoing
Facilitate airport pick ups for visitors and transportation during official visits.
Schedule annual vehicle examination for service vehicles.
Determine when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general maintenance.

- schedules, especially car tyre condition.

Ensure sound running of the vehicles assigned and arrange minor repairs where necessary.
Check oil and tyres properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside.
Keep track of timely car insurance renewals.
Update monthly mileage records.
Maintain log book of each service vehicle on daily basis.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

A basic school certificate.
Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
Willing to relocate to the job location.
