Conduct indepth data analysis, identify business issues and opportunities, formulate hypothesis, give answers and conclusions regarding credit's products and users.
Deep dive on credit assessment to support risk team modeling.
Give visibility of key credit products metrics with dashboards and reports.
Build data solutions automation and optimization, design pipelines and workflows.
Help collections team on credit recovery strategies.
A/B test on collections and credit projects.
Present insights to stakeholders and top managements.
Help to deliver strategic and tactical initiatives to drive business growth and cost reduction.
Interact with teams from different areas and countries. Work closely with the Singapore SeaMoney team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
Experience with credit analysis is a plus.
Experience with SQL or Pyspark languages. Knowledge in Python or R is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
Experience in ETL/ELT process, pipeline creation on workflows, big data ecosystem (Hive, Spark), data warehousing, data preparation.
Experience in SFTP or API process automation is a plus.
Knowledge on machine learning skills such as data modeling, clustering, features 2 selection, preferably on credit area, is a plus.
Advanced english is mandatory.
