Note:
Consultant will coordinate with teams across different Offshore/Nearshore counterparts. Therefore, they should be able to communicate in English.

The L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 team.
The ideal candidate will have a development background and be knowledgeable in SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plus.
The L2 engineer will work closely with the Level 1 team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as work with developers to identify root causes and create fixes and improvements.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 team
Collaborate with Level 1 team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Work with developers to identify root causes and create fixes and improvements
Provide expertise in SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plus
Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues to meet 24x7 service level agreements
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support or development role
Strong knowledge of SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plus
Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment
Note:
Retail experience not required, GCP & BATCH Support required
