About the Team

The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users/consumers through our globally popular products such.

We are building platforms, leveraging data, and providing end-to-end solutions to power business growth globally. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals and promotions.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for local user growth.
Formulating and implementing product growth strategy based on local insights and data analysis.

  • Leverage and optimize various kinds of user growth tools and incentives to drive acquisition and engagement, including product selection, promotion design and operations to drive sale.
  • Work closely with growth product and related regional teams, organize and coordinate the projects with them, produce analysis, reviews and insights together with data analysis team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree and above, at least 3 years of working experience as a product manager or user growth strategist. Big plus with experience in the retail brand or e-commerce industry.
  • Familiar with Latam market. Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the team.
  • Data driven and proactive. Strong ownership, commitment, responsibility for business objectives. Open minded to work in a fast-paced environment.
