Title and Summary

Managing Consultant Advisors Business Development

Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow.

Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base.

We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.

Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Data & Services also works closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.


We are looking for a top performer with entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to play a key role in developing a successful business in LAC and taking it to the next level.


As a Managing Consulting, you will collaborate with exceptional colleagues to help some of the world's biggest brands answer their most challenging strategic questions.

Working with technology and data, you will gain exposure to a range of industries, including FIs, fintechs, merchants and more.

While working in close-knit teams, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders and be given real responsibility to make an impact from day one.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive D&S business growth in a set of account designated to you
  • Lead proposal development and opportunities closing in your client portfolio
  • Support broader Bus. Dev. team in identifying opportunities across clients portfolio
  • Drive and support project deployment to clients in your portfolio
  • Work with broader Mastercard account management team to identify opportunities to improve clients card portfolio performance
  • Influence the decisionmaking process by performing analysis across a widerange of Data & Services functions (Sales, Delivery, Product, HR, etc.) providing a factbase and thoughtleadership
  • Support workshops & proposals development for nontraditional players & merchants
  • Participate in the response to RFPs
Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problemsolving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven team player with demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build trustbased relationships with both mid
- and executive-level

  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
  • Fluency in English is a musthave. Professional Spanish language capability preferred
