The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals.

It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service.

Drive product development (from discovery to launch) for CS
Create detailed plans for initiatives, including roles, responsibilities and risks
Liaison with business stakeholders to develop hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insights
Identify and analyze feature requests to determine business value and priority
Develop product roadmap, define, prioritize, and align/communicate short and long term product goals with key stakeholders
Develop a deep understanding of internal antifraud systems to support business stakeholders with both chargeback and nonchargeback issues
Communicating and collaborating with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines
Actively collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance including

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
Experience in discovery, designing, launching, and prioritizing digital product solutions
Ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectives
Previous experience in CS and/or Chatbot is strongly preferred
Experience in marketplace or ecommerce is preferred
Experience in startups or other fastpaced environment is preferred
