Overview

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities- Utilizing existing documentation in an internal knowledge base, provide technical support to internal TNS users by researching and answering questions and troubleshooting problems- Communicating with TNS end-users and Level-2 support personnel via chat and phone- Communicating issues to senior staff as needed- Creating / updating internal documentation including knowledge articles and user guides- Participating in QA Testing on multiple platforms

Experience & Education Required- Strong communication skills- Strong English language skills (verbal and written) Proven ability to work collegially with stakeholders and team members- Ability to solve problems independently while also knowing when to escalate/seek guidanceExperience & Education Preferred

Technical Qualifications
Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualificationPrior work experience in Accounting, Billing, Human Resources, and/or Operations
