ANALYST


The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the billing process of the country support other administrative and financial activities when needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for regional or country billing
  • Ensure billing is properly performed as per customers metrics;
  • Organize financial documents (paper and virtual);
  • Collect financial data for cashflow purposes
  • Help the financial and local administration teams with other requests on demand
  • Create and maintain good professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a professional and consultative exchange with the HH Global team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 12 years of experience working on financial areas
  • 12 years of experience preferable handling billing/customer data.
  • Be proactive in solving problems and finding solutions when necessary.
  • Optimize delivery of the activities within budget and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively and timely.
  • Use knowhow to prioritize activities and key deliverables.
  • Be able to work independently and help other processes whenever needed
  • Selfmotivated and with good communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and look for information when needed.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Good organization, autonomy and sense of accountability.
  • Awareness of the impact of one's own behaviour on others and taking initiatives to achieve results.
  • Active participation in the team's work to achieve common goals.
  • Positive attitude towards new situations and challenges.
  • Reactivity, motivation and commitment to developing one's own knowledge and skills.
  • Spanish and English to read and write desirable.
