About This Opportunity:
As a Business Resilience Specialist, you will join a well-built global Resilience and Continuity team.

In this position, you will get the opportunity to work all sides of the InComm Payments business, shared services, and technology teams to promote a holistic resilience company culture.

As a Business Resilience staff member, you will conduct risk assessments, develop continuity strategies and plans, lead trainings and exercises, and work with tools such as Fusion and Everbridge.


We are looking for an experienced team member who will primarily focus on the global business continuity program to ensure teams are well prepared and can respond to any significant business or technology interruptions.

You also may provide coaching and training to other team members, is skilled in problem management, and can offer sound judgement and recommendations.


Responsibilities:


  • Building and maintaining relationships with business, shared services (including finance/accounting, human resources, logistics/supply chain), and IT stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing early warnings of threats for proactive preparation and response.
  • Conducting indepth Business Impact Analysis & Risk Assessments.
  • Developing, coordinating and communicating relevant enterprisewide or local continuity strategies.
  • Supporting the development of complex, high priority business continuity plans.
  • Providing advice to the business, shared services and IT to improve plan effectiveness.
  • Implementing, testing and/or utilizing threat monitoring, risk assessment, planning, testing, incident management and emergency communication tools.
  • Conducting and evaluating results of training, exercises, drills, testing, and plan maintenance.
  • Writing After-Action Reports and monitoring action item closure.
  • Supporting business, shared services and IT resilience plan activation.
  • Writing policies, standards and procedures.
  • Analyzing data to create meaningful management reports and dashboards to monitor risks and program progress.
  • Assisting leadership in program planning, continuous improvement, enterprise coordination and messaging, and managing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting other workstreams (Emergency Response, Disaster Recovery, Incident Response and Crisis Management), as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization to accomplish the program's objectives.
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision and in a timely manner.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize key activities.
  • Must possess strong project management skills; program management experience is desirable.
  • Must be selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Superb interpersonal skills and experience building relationships must be highly comfortable with executive and senior leadership interaction and display strong customer service skills with the highest levels of professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to summarize complex issues.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills are required.
  • Must possess command of English language; ability to speak/read Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish is desirable.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Ability to work productively while remote and communicate effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related degree is required.
  • A Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification or similar industryrecognized certification(s
