WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A selfdriven and ambitious TA Specialist to join our global team in Sao Paolo, Brazil. You will be part of helping execute a talent strategy to support a fastpaced financial technology environment.

HOW YOU'LL PLAY YOUR PART

• You will have a real interest in what we do, and hungry to keep learning and asking questions
• Assist in delivering against our ambitious hiring plans with a focus on finding, hiring and retaining the best talent in the market
• Guide our leaders and managers on talent best practise.
• You will focus on continuous improvement with a desire to build diverse talent pools

THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING

• Proven recruiting experience ideally with a focus on either technical sourcing within LATAM and USA
• Experience of working across multiple geographies
• A focus on business outcomes and the ability to work in an agile way
• Excellent relationship building and communication, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels
• A genuine passion for creating an environment and working culture where people are happy and can succeed
• Good communication and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiatives
