Job Duties:


Work with department leaders and stakeholders to understand and define the business needs and translate these into user stories which you implement yourself (via point & click) or by briefing the development team.


Lead a team of admins and developers, ensure team stability and productivity while enabling carer growth and supporting or commitment to DE&I.

Manage our data protocols to prevent data entry errors and improve overall data quality.


Ensure projects are delivered on time, changes are tested and documented, and proper change management communication is delivered to key stakeholders.

Ensure system health. Continuous maintenance of technical debt and clean up efforts. Ensure solutions are designed and implemented with long term success in mind.

Managed external vendors and partners.

Manage license procurement and renewal efforts.


Education and Background:


  • Bachelor or master's degree with related experience in the field.
  • Overall 8 + years of experience with at least 1 year in CPQ.
  • Competence in project management and documenting business requirements.
  • Proficiency in Agile using ClickUp (or similar PM tool) with the ability to drive numerous highquality releases into production fast.
