Job Description:

Conduct Procurement and Contracting activities on behald of the client, aligned to contracting procurement management procedures.

Administrative-procurement activities such duties comprehend project ́s cost control, invoices payment monitoring and purchase requisitions control with procedures update. Moreover, interface with suppliers to request for proposals, equalizations of offers and emissions of purchase orders.

Routine details:

Manage a Medium complexity and Mediumtouch Deepwater Contract portfolio.
Develop, tender and negotiate contracts in line with the Business Demand Demonstrate HSSE behaviors in dealings with colleagues/contractors.
Strategically manage Tailend Spend by working in close coordination with Business Partners and CP colleagues.
Maximize value from Tactical and Operational contracts and localize Framework Agreements and Category contracts.
Liaise with Regional Trading House Procurement Managers to optimize spend through Trading Houses.
Ensure continuity of supply through managing adhoc business requirements in accordance with Tailspend Management principles Accountabilities.
Engage with colleagues and stakeholders within CP Deepwater Delivery, Deepwater Business, Functions (e.g.

Finance, HR) and collaborate across Organizational boundaries to deliver substantial value by:
Creating a deeper business partnership within the scope of the role focused to deliver maximum business value.

Developing and executing fitforpurpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical and Operational spend.
Utilizing market knowledge and business drivers to develop and execute fitforpurpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical and Operational spend.
Providing a strong commercial influence with optimizing demand and specifications.
Supporting Manage the Tail initiatives and rationalize the number of Contracts/Suppliers.
Sharing best practices and external market dynamics to deliver value Implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives to streamline, simplify, standardize and improve performance supporting Deepwater Delivery Team Lead as needed.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years' work experience as a buyer;

Experienced in ERP SAP, especially MM modules (Material Management);:

Proven work experience with sourcing process;
Proven work experience with procurement (tender evaluation);
Knowledge in purchasing process and fluent English;

Skilled to implement digital solutions to manage and visualize data such as MS PowerBI, Tableau, Infogram, Google Data Studio, Datawrapper, MS Access, etc
